The Process
Once you have decided what you will be doing on your property and commissioned us to complete a Site & Soil Evaluation Report, one of our experienced Engineers will come out to your property for a site visit. We will conduct a full investigation of your property and the proposed works being completed as well as a soil test to determine the best solution for your special project. We then Design a comprehensive set of plans detailing all works to be completed and a detailed report indicating what type of system is necessary.
Once this report is completed, it needs to be lodged with Council for approval. We can help you with this, we make the process easy and efficient with extensive knowledge dealing with councils throughout Queensland. Alternatively your Builder, Certifier or you can lodge this yourself, sometimes this can be a little tricky navigating the process unless you are familiar with it. Once the necessary Council fees are paid with the application; they will then examine the Report and design for Approval. After you receive your approved plans from the council, this usually takes a couple of weeks, depending on each individual council but we endeavor to fast track this process for you. Then you can send the report to any licensed plumber or tank manufacturer for an accurate quote and get the work underway. We also have a large network of reliable and licensed installers to get you multiple quotes and the right person to do the job.
